Parking
We provide covered garage parking to our guests. Your first parking spot is complimentary. Please let us know in advance if you require parking.
Deposit
To ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of our units, we require a security deposit of $500 for stays one month of longer. Security deposits will be returned to you at the end of your stay.
Pets
Our units are pet friendly. We require all guests who are bringing pets to sign a pet waiver prior to arrival. Pets are subject to a $150 fee per pet, per stay.
